हम दोनों की ही, हैदराबाद, इंडिया में पले-बढ़े होने की, बहुत अच्छी यादें हैं। जैसा कि इंडिया में सामान्य है, रेणुका एक बहत बड़े परिवार का हिस्सा रही हैं। मैं एक छोटे घर में, अपने चार भाइयों के साथ पैदा हुआ, और अपने परिवार के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध हूँ।
हम दोनों ही पेशे से इंजीनियर थे, और महत्वाकांक्षी थे। न्यू जर्सी इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी से, कंप्यूटर साइंस में अपनी मास्टर डिग्री करने के लिए बे, १९८५ में यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स आ गए। वर्ष १९९८ में, जब हमारे मित्र, सुधीर एवं सुलभा सोलापुरकर ने हमें इस व्यवसाय से परिचित कराया, तब हम अपने टेलीकम्यूनिकेशन करियर में बहुत सफल थे, और एक बहुत अच्छा वेतन प्राप्त कर रहे थे। मैंने ये अवसर देखा और जिम्मेदारी ली।
आज, देश में और विदेशों में हमारा एक बहुत बड़ा आर्गेनाईजेशन है। वर्ष १९९० में, प्लैटिनम बनने तक मैंने, अकेले ही, इस व्यवसाय को बढ़ाया, उसके बाद रेणुका भी इस व्यवसाय से जुड़ गयीं। साथ काम करते हुए, जून १९९४ में हम 'रूबी' और फिर अगस्त १९९६ में डायमंड लेवल पर पहुँच गए।
मुझे अपनी अपलाइन और उनके आर्गेनाईजेशन से बहुत शानदार मार्गदर्शन मिला और मैं अपने मार्गदर्शक कान्ति एवं लता गाला का, बहुत सम्मान करता हूँ। इस एजुकेशन सिस्टम को बनने के लिए हम, बिल एवं पैगी ब्रिट के भी शुक्रगुजार हैं।
डायमंडशिप की यात्रा बहुत ही मजेदार थी, और इन दोनों ने इस दैरान बहुत कुछ मीखा। हमारा मानना है कि, केवल सफल होना ही महत्वपूर्ण नहीं हैं, इस मफलता को पाने के दोगन, हम क्या बन गए हैं, ये भी महत्वपूर्ण है। मैं इम मिद्धांत में विश्वासम रखता हूँ कि, "लोगों से उम तरह से पेश आओ, जैसे वो भविष्य में बन सकते हैं, न कि वैसे, जैसे वे हैं"!
आज, हम दोनों का ही ये मानना है कि, कड़ी मेहनत का फल बहुत वड़ा होता है। रेणुका अव घर पर रहकर हमारे दोनों बच्चों, केदार एवं केशव की पूरी तरह से देखभाल कर रही है। इम व्यवसाय को बढ़ाने के दौरान, हमने यात्राएं करना बंद कर दिया था, लेकिन अब हम, जब चाहें कई शानदार जगहों पर जा सकते हैं, हमारी मातृभूमि भारत भी। कुछ समय निवेश करने के बाद, आज हमारे पास अपने बच्चों के लिए पर्याप्त समय है।
हमने ये व्यवसाय तब किया, जब हमें इसकी जरुरत नहीं थी, और आज अपने लिए कई विकल्प बना लिए हैं। अब हम चाहते हैं कि, हमारे माथी भी डायमंड और उससे भी आगे पहुँचकर हममे मिलें....।

They both have very fond memories of growing up in Hyderabad, India. As is quite common in India, Renuka is part of a very large, extended family and is extremely family-oriented. Manipal grew up in a smaller family of four brothers, and is very committed to his family. Both Engineers by profession and equally ambitious, they had come to the United States in 1985 to pursue Masters' degrees in Computer Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. With their highly successful careers in the telecommunications industry, they were jointly making a six-figure income when their friends, Sudheer and Sulbha Solapurkar, showed them a business plan in 1989. He saw the opportunity and took charge. Today, they have a very large organization, both nationally and internationally. Manipal built the business himself until late 1990 when they went Platinum. After that Renuka joined him to actively build the business. Together, they qualified as Ruby Directs in June 1994, and grew rapidly to achieve Diamondship by August 1996. “I have always been a tremendous edifier of my upline and his organization and have immense respect for my mentors, Kanti and Lata Gala. We are also thankful to Bill and Peggy Britt for the educational system they have put in place,” he shares. The road to Founders Double Diamonds was an enjoyable ride and the Reddys learned a lot of lessons along the way. They definitely believe that the achievement itself is not important rather it is what they have become in the process of achieving that is. He believes in the motto: "Always treat people as they can be, rather than the way they are!” Today, both of them believe that their hard work paid off - in a big way. Renuka is now at home full-time with their two wonderful sons, Kedar and Keshav. “We gave up traveling while building our business, however now we can travel to many exotic places whenever we choose, including trips to our homeland, India. By giving up some time with the children, today we have quantity and quality time to spend with them,” they share. “We built the business when we did not need it and created many, many choices for ourselves today. We are now looking forward to having our frontline organizations join us on the beaches of the world to Diamondship, and beyond...” they conclude.
