मैंने, १९८५ में अपनी स्नातक, सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में पूरी की। एक वर्ष तक, उसी कॉलेज में लेक्चरर के तौर पर काम किया। उसके बाद पब्लिक सर्विस कमिशन के माध्यम से डिविजनल इंजीनियर के पद पर पंजाब सरकार के साथ काम करने लगा। उसके बाद मुझे पदोन्नति की वजह मे, वाटर सप्लाई डिपार्टमेंट में एग्जीक्यूटिव इंजीनियर का पद मिला।

१९९० में, मेरी सतविंदर से शादी हुई, जो साइंस की शिक्षिका हैं। हमारी एक बेटी सुनंदिता और एक बेटा, प्रकाश है। नौकरी के १४ वर्ष बाद मुझे अच्छा वेतन मिल रहा था। लेकिन ये केवल दिखाने के लिए था। हमारा जीवन समझौतों से भरा हुआ था। नौकरी में काम करना बहुत मुश्किल था, और कभी-कभी प्रतिष्ठा से भी समझौता करना पड़ता था।

हमने कनाडा के परमानेंट इमीग्रेशन के लिए अप्लाई किया।और इ-कॉमर्स और फ्रेंच भी सीखना शुरू कर दिया, जिससे हम ठीक से कनाडा में मेटल हो सकें। इस दौरान, मेरे ससुर श्री केवल सिंह, जो रिटायर्ड प्रिंसिपल है, के माध्यम से हमारी डायरेक्ट सैलिंग बिज़नेस / व्यवसाय से पहचान हुई । Bww सिस्टम के द्वारा आयोजित, इंटरनेशनल डायमंड के २-३ सम्मेलनों में शामिल होने से पहले, हम इस अवसर को लेकर ज्यादा उत्साहित नहीं थे। हमने सोचा कि, ये स्पीकर पहले से ही यू एस या कनाडा में अपने पारंपरिक व्यवसाय में सफल है, और बोलते हैं कि उनके जीवन सच्ची सफलता इस व्यवसाय से आई है।

हमें लगा कि, इस व्यवसाय में बड़ी सफलता, हमे यहीं रहकर मिल सकती है। Bww सिस्टम की ताकत और हमारी ऑनलाइन के सहयोग से, हमने इस व्यवसाय को बढ़ाना शुरू किया । हमने इस व्यवसाय के लिए प्राथमिकताएं निश्चित की, और रोज मेहनत की। शुरुआत में हमने छोटी छोटी चीज़ें की, जैसे दूसरों को इस अवसर के बारे में बताना या उत्पादों को साझा करना या खुद को और सिखाना आदि।

डायमंडशिप की तरफ हमारी यात्रा, पैसे के लिए नहीं बल्कि पहचान, सम्मान, और स्वतंत्रता के लिए थी। २००७ के "फ्री एंटरप्राइज डे" में, हमने इस लेवल पर पहुँचने का दृढ़ निश्चय किया। हमने अपने दिमाग को किसी भी तरह की नकारात्मकता से दूर रखा। हमने अपने स्वास्थ्य का पूरा ख्याल रखा। हमने खुद से बात करने की ताकत पर भरोसा किया। हम सुबह और शाम अपने लक्ष्य को याद करते रहते थे। हमने देखा कि, इस ओर्गनिज़शन में चमत्कार होना शुरू हो गए, और हमारी डायमंडशिप की ये यात्रा, हमारी इस लेबल के लिए पहले की गई कड़ी मेहनत के मुकाबले बहुत कम थी।

BWW सिस्टम ने हमें वो दृष्टि और धारणा पाने में मदद की, जो ऊंचाइयों पर जाने के लिए जरुरी थी, और पूरे देश में हमें, सी.डी., विडियो टेप, कार्यक्रमों और ओपन मीटिंग के माध्यम से हमें समर्थन दिया। लोगों का अनवरत एजुकेशन सिस्टम जो "अपने आप में स्वतंत्र है" हमारी सफलता की वास्तविक वजह हैं।

हम अपने पूरे ओर्गनइजेशन के कृतज्ञ है, जो बहुत तेजी से बढ़ रहा है, और बहुत से ताकतवर लीडरों के साथ उभर रहा है।

I graduated with honors in Civil Engineering in 1985. I served as Lecturer in the same college for one year and then joined Punjab Government as Sub Divisional Engineer through Public Service Commission and was subsequently promoted to the post of Executive Engineer in the Water Supply Department. I married Satwinder in 1990 who was a science teacher. We are blessed with one daughter Sunandit and Son Prakash. After 14 years of job I was drawing a very good salary as an officer but it was a mere eye wash to our financial position to live a quality life and it was full of compromises. The working in the job was really complicated and some times below dignity. We applied for permanent immigration to Canada. I started learning course in E- Commerce and even French so that we could properly settle in Canada. Meanwhile, we were introduced to Amway business through my father-in-law Shri Kewal Singh who is a Retd. Principal. We were not much excited about the opportunity till we attended 2-3 seminars of international Diamonds organized by Britt Worldwide Education System. We learnt that these speakers were already well settled in US/Canada in their traditional career but they are claiming that true success in their life has come only through this opportunity. We got a vision that we can establish grand success through this business while living here only. We started pursuing this business with the power of Britt Worldwide Education System and support of uplines. We started setting priority for the business and worked everyday and began doing little- little things such as showing the opportunity to some one or sharing the products or educating self etc. Our journey to Diamondship was not for finances but for the recognitions, respect and freedom. In Free Enterprise Day 2007, we took a firm decision to achieve this level. We kept our brain totally away from any negatives. We took special care of our health. We relied on the power of self talk. We used to repeat our goals verbally in morning and at bed time. We found that miracles started happening in our organization and the journey to Diamondship was very smoother in comparison to our earlier paradigm of hard work for this level of success. The BWW system has helped us get the vision & self image to go sky high and has supported us through its structure all over India through CDs/VCDs/Books/Functions and weekly open meetings. In fact, the continuing education program of people through a system which is independent of us is the great secret behind our Security. We are grateful to our entire organization which is growing in very fast pace and leading to emerge with of lot of powerful leaders. We are thankful to our uplines mentors.
