तपस ओडिशा के एक छोटे से कस्बे बारीपदा में पले बढे । वह एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार से हैं और अपने चारों भाई बहनों में सबसे छोटे हैं। उन्होंने अपने राइटिंग के जुनून को पूरा करने के लिए जर्नलिज्म का काम किया और कई बड़े न्यूजपेपर के साथ जुड़े। उन्होंने अपने बचपन में ही ये पका फैसला कर लिया था कि वह जॉब नहीं करेंगे और इसलिए अपने परिवार के भारी दबाव के बावजूद उन्होंने किसी भी जॉब के लिए अप्लाई नहीं किया। वह सपने देखने में विश्वास रखते थे और अपनी ज़िन्दगी में बड़े मुकाम पाना चाहते थे । उन्हें गाने और एक्टिंग का जूनून था और इसलिए वह इसी क्षेत्र में अपना भविष्य बनाना चाहते थे । उन्होंने काफी सारे प्लेज़ और टेली प्लीज़ में एक्टिंग की और हर नेशनल और स्टेट लेवल अवाइ जीते नेशनल स्कूल ऑफ ड्रामा, दिल्ली से भी जुड़े थे । उन्होंने अपनी शिक्षा बरकरार रखी और PGDCA और LLB की पढ़ाई पूरी की, हेहाऐ वे इस क्षेत्र में अपना भविष्य बनाने को लेकर बिल्कुल भी गंभीर नहीं थे. लेकिन सिर्फ अपने परिवार को संतुष्ट करने के कि, वह कुछ कर रहे हैं, उन्होंने ऐसा किया।
सुष्मिता एक समृद्ध परिवार से थीं और अपने चारों भाई बहनों में तीसरी बेटी थीं। वह हिस्ट्री में मास्टर कर रही थी जब उनकी शादी तपस से हुई तपस की जिन्दगी ने नया मोड़ लिया। उनके पुरानी सोच के विपरीत उन्होंने एक विज्ञापन कंपनी में काम करना शुरू किया और एक मेडिकल रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव के रूप में कार्य किया । साथ ही साथ उन्होंने अपने ब्रदर-इन - ला, जो कि एक स्कॉलर और शोधकर्ता थे और अब इस दुनिया में नहीं है, की मदद से हर्बल मेडिकल प्रसंग और पैकेजिंग का काम शुरू किया।
उनकी बड़ी बेटी के जन्म के बाद वह निराश होने लगे क्योंकि वह उसे एक अच्छी शिक्षा दीक्षा नहीं दे पा रहे थे। उन्होंने बिना इस बिजनेस को समझें इस आशा के साथ डायरेक्ट सेलिंग बिजनेस ज्वाइन किया कि शायद कुछ अच्छा हो जाए। सुष्मिता उनके लिए हमेशा ही एक मजबूत सपोर्ट रही। डायरेक्ट सेलिंग बिजनेस ज्वाइन करने से पहले जब भी वे सफल लोगों को देखते थे हमेशा आश्चर्य करते थे कि वह सफल होते कैसे हैं। शुक्रिया BWW का जिस ने हमें इस सफलता का सिद्धांत सिखाया। हमने कभी इस बात की परवाह नहीं की कि लोग क्या कहेंगे क्योंकि लोग तो हमेशा ही कहते रहते हैं चाहे आप अच्छा करें या बुरा। यह बड़े विश्वास के साथ कहते हैं कि हमने उन सभी नकारात्मक लोगों से हमेशा दूरी बनाए रखी।
 उनकी राह आसान नहीं थी पर उनको यह जानने में समय नहीं लगा सफलता का मार्ग फूलों की सेज नहीं है। इसलिए वे कहते हैं कि सफलता कम ही लोगों को मिलती है। हमने अपनी जिंदगी और अन्य चीजों के प्रति अपना दृष्टिकोण बदला। धीरे-धीरे कई सपने देखने वालों ने हमारा अनुसरण किया और हमने एक टीम बनाई। हमने कई उतार-चढ़ाव देखे लेकिन हम अपने सिद्धांत पर अधिक रहे केंद्रित रहे और अनंत है यह करके दिखाया।
 हम एक सच्चे अर्थ में अपने परिवार में खुश हैं और अपनी दो बेटियों पुण्य और अनिश्चितता के साथ बहुत ही बढ़िया लाइफस्टाइल जी रहे हैं। हमारी बेटियां हमारे लिए भगवान का आशीर्वाद है। यह हमारे प्रेरणा स्रोत है और हमारी कड़ी मेहनत करने और आगे बढ़ने का कारण है। हमें उन पर गर्व है और हम BWW का शुक्रिया करते हैं कि जिसने हमें उनकी इज्जत करना सिखाया जो कि कहीं और संभव नहीं था।

Tapas grew up in a small town of Odhisa named Baripada. He belonged to a middleclass family and was the youngest among the four siblings. He pursued journalism purely to satisfy his passion to write and was associated with many leading newspapers. He had made a firm decision in childhood that he would not take up any job and therefore did not apply for one despite heavy family pressure. He was a dreamer since childhood and aspired to achieve big things in life. He was passionate about singing & acting and wanted to pursue a career in it. He acted in a lot of plays and teleplays, and received many state and national level awards. He was also associated with the National School of Drama, Delhi. He continued his education and completed his PGDCS & LLB even though he was never serious of making a career out of it, but he just did it to assure his family that he is doing something. Sushmita belonged to a well-to-do family and was the third daughter among her four siblings. She was doing her Masters in History when she married Tapas. Tapas’s life took a complete turn. Unlike to his previous belief he began working in a private ad company and worked as a medical representative. Subsequently he started an herbal medicine processing and packaging with the help of his late brother-in-law who was a scholar and researcher. After the birth of his elder daughter, he got frustrated, as he felt helpless in giving her a good upbringing. However, God had some other plans for him. While he was feeling low and down, he was introduced to the Amway business through a friend of his elder brother. They joined Amway business without even understanding it, just with a hope that something good may happen. Susmita was a great support from day one. Before joining this business, they often looked at successful people and wondered how people succeeded in life. “But thanks to BWW system, which taught us the principles of success. We never bothered about what people said because people will say anyway whether you do something good or bad. We have always made a wall between the negative people & us with the stones that people threw at us,” they confidently state. The journey was not easy, but they were quick to gauge that the process of success is not a bed of roses. “That’s why ‘success is always in minority’, they opine. “We changed our attitude towards life & everything. Gradually, lot of dreamers followed us & together we proceeded as a team. There were a lot of ups & downs, but we stuck to the principle, remained focused & finally here,” they share. “We are a happy family in the true sense, living an awesome lifestyle with our two princesses, Nipunya & Nischita. They are like blessings in our life. They are our inspiration & reason to work harder & grow further. We are proud of them & thank Britt system which taught us to give them the values, which is not possible anywhere else,” they sound contended.
