आलोक एवं भावना दोनों ही देहरादून के रहने वाले हैं। उनके दो प्यारे बच्चे हैं अक्षत, जो कि १६ वर्ष का है और वैष्णवी, जो कि १३ वर्ष की है। वे कहते हैं कि "उनके बच्चे ही बह कारण है जिसकी वजह से उन्होंने डायरेक्ट सेलिंग बिज़नेस बिल्ड किया। हम उन्हें एक बेहतर जीवनशैली देना चाहते हैं और हम जानते हैं कि हमारे सपनों को पाने का, डायरेक्ट मैलिंग बिज़नेस ही उपयुक्त जरिया है।

डायरेक्ट सेलिंग बिज़नेस को चलाने की उनकी फिलोसोफी है कि " आप जितनी ज्यादा मेहनत कर सकते हो करो ताकि आप ज्यादा से ज्यादा कमा सको और ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों की मदद कर सको और साथ ही इस जी का इसकी चरम सीमा तक आनंद ले सको। इस बिज़नेस के अवसर और सामर्थ्य के बारे में वे कहते हैं कि "यदि आप इसे सही तरीके से करते हो तो यह एक असाधारण चीज है। जब आप यह बिज़नेस करेंगे तो आप जानेंगे कि भगवान ने आपके ऊपर कितनी कृपा की है"।

बे भगवान का शुक्रिया करते हैं जिसने उन्हें इस बिज़नेस को बिल्ड करने का निर्णय लेने की बुद्धि प्रदान की। इस बिज़नेस को बिल्ड करने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में वे कहते हैं कि "

हमारी सलाह है कि यदि आप एक मजबूत और बड़ा संगठन बनाना चाहते हैं तो सबसे पहले ये निश्चित कीजिये कि आप क्यों इस बिज़नेस को करना चाहते हैं। उसके बाद आप ऐसे पाँच या सात गुण सुनिश्चित कीजिये जो आपके लीडर्स में होना चाहिए और बह गुण आप अपने अंदर भी विकसित कीजिये"।

वे जोर देकर कहते हैं कि आपको हमेशा अनुशाषित होना चाहिए और अपने वादे को निभाना चाहिए। बे ये भी विश्वास करते हैं कि यदि आप कोई बहाना बनाने में यकीन नहीं रखते तो आप किसी के बहाने को स्वीकार भी मत कीजिये। हम ऐसा विश्वास करते हैं कि "यह बिज़नेस हमारी भगवान के लिए की गई प्रार्थना का परिणाम है और जिनके ऊपर भगवान का आशीर्वाद है केवल वही इस अवसर के सामर्थ्य को समझ सकते है, इसे बिल्ड कर सकते हैं और इसे आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं"। वे अपनी सफलता का श्रेय अपने अपलाइन, जिन्होंने समय समय पर अपना मार्गदर्शन किया, तथा अपने समूह के प्रयासों को देते हैं।

Both Alok and Bhavna are residents of Dehradun.  They have two lovely children, Akshat, who is 14 years old and Vaishnavi, who is 13 years old.  He says that "their children are the reason they build a direct selling business.  Bey thanks God who gave him the wisdom to decide to build this business.  About the process of building this business, he says "

 Our advice is that if you want to build a strong and big organization, first of all make sure why you want to do this business.  After that, make sure that you have five or seven qualities that should be in your leaders and you should develop many qualities in yourself also.

 They insist that you should always be disciplined and keep your promise.  Bey also believes that if you do not believe in making any excuse, then do not accept the excuse of anyone.  We believe that "this business is the result of our prayer to God and only those who have God's blessings can understand the power of the occasion, build it and move it forward".  He attributes his success to his upline, who has guided him from time to time, and the efforts of his group.

 On the simpleness of this business, he says that "the economic and spiritual development that happens here is not possible anywhere else in the world. Direct selling business is not only a means of earning money but it can also make your life meaningful."  We love walking and we are thankful to this business which gave us the opportunity to see different places around the world. We have traveled to about 24 countries such as Bangkok, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Paris, Bintan (Indonesia)  , Phuket, Mediterranean Cruise (Europe), Switzerland ... "

 In the end they say always be focused on your purpose, follow your leader, understand the core of the BWW system and help people move forward.  This is perhaps the only business with the help of which any person in India can improve the health and society of his people ".
