सुनीता जन्म, बिहार के बेगूसराय जिले में, एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार में हुआ । उन्होंने अपना M.A., भागलपुर यूनिवर्सिटी से पूरा किया। उनके पिता ने, उनमें धीरज, विश्वास और संयम जैसे गुणों का विकास किया। भागलपुर में, पडोसी होने के कारण वे, प्रियम्वद के संपर्क में आयीं। उन्हें, उनका व्यक्तित्व अच्छा लगा, और परिणाम स्वरुप वर्ष १९९० में वे शादी के बंधन में बंध गए।

प्रियम्वद एक मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर हैं। लेकिन जल्द ही उन्होंने सिविल सर्विस की परीक्षा दी, और इसे पास करने के बाद सरकारी नौकरी में, एक प्रतिष्ठित पद पर सेवारत हो गए। उनकी दो बेटियां, भव्या एवं शरन्या और एक बेटा, तनय तीक्ष्ण है।

वे हमेशा से अपना जीवन, सिद्धांतों और स्वतंत्रता से जीना चाहते थे। वे एक खुशहाल और बेहतर जीवन चाहती थीं। वे एक ऐसा जीवन चाहती थीं, जो दूसरों की जिंदगी को भी बेहतर बना सके। प्रियंवद हमेशा कहते हैं कि, सफलता एक मंजिल नहीं बल्कि, एक कभी न ख़त्म होने वाली यात्रा है। फिर भी सब कुछ एक रहस्यमय आवरण में छुपा हुआ सा लगता है । उस दौरान, उनके एक दूर के रिश्तेदार ने, उन्हें डायरेक्ट सैलिंग बिज़नेस से अवगत कराया । उन्होंने हमेशा लोगों को स्पर्धा के तौर पर आगे बढ़ते हुए देखा था- उसकी हार मेरी जीत है । लेकिन ये व्यवसाय अलग था। शायद यही वजह थी कि, शुरू में उन्होंने इस व्यवसाय पर विश्वास नहीं किया। लेकिन

एक बड़े सेमिनार में शामिल होने के बाद, उन्हें इस व्यवसाय की क्षमताओं का एहसास हुआ, और वे, Bww सिस्टम की टीचिंग में विश्वास करने लगीं । इसके बाद उन्होंने पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा।

आरम्भ में इस व्यवसाय को बढ़ाने के दौरान, उन्हें कई चुनोतियों का सामना करना पड़ा । लेकिन उनके अपने लोग, बहुत ही सहयोगी कहती हैं कि, "BWW को धन्यवाद, जिसकी वजह से, मैंने संभावनाओं को तलाशने का, टीम बनाने का और दूसरे लोगो के सहयोग का सही तरीका सीखा। इस टीचिंग ने, न केवल मुझे एक बेहतर इंसान बनाया, बल्कि मुझे अपनी टीम के बेहतर निर्माण में भी सहयोग किया । हम जल्द ही प्लैटिनम और फिर एमरल्ड बन गए"।

उनकी वास्तविक परीक्षा तब हुई, जब वे डायमंड योग्यता के लिए प्रवेश कर गए उस समय, भव्या, ९ वर्ष, शरण्य ४ वर्ष और बेटा १ वर्ष का था। प्रियम्बद का ट्रांसफर बहुत दूर हो गया, और अब परिस्थिति, इस व्यवसाय को बढ़ाने के अनुकूल नहीं लग रही थी। ये सब परेशानी भी उन्हें लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने से नहीं रोक सकी, क्योंकि BWW सिस्टम की बेहतरीन टीचिंग, उनके संकल्प और प्रतिबद्धता को मजबूत बना चुकी थी। वे जानती थीं कि, योग्यता किसी व्यक्ति को एक बार सफल बना सकती है, लेकिन एक अच्छा चरित्र और दृष्टिकोण बार-बार सफल बनने में मदद करते है। वे संघर्ष करते रहे और इसके परिणामस्वरूप वे अपने प्रदेश से, जून २००९ में, पहले डायमंड बने।

वे कहते हैं कि, "ये सब, हमारे ऑनलाइन के सहयोग, हमारे रिश्तेदारों के आशीर्वाद और टीम मेंबर्स की लगन और मेहनत के बिना संभव नहीं था"।

वे गर्व से कहते हैं कि, "आज हमारे पास पर्याप्त समय, विदेश यात्रायें और मजबूत संगठन है । इस व्यवसाय ने हमें वो चीज़े दी, जिन्हें खरीदा जा सकता है, और वो चीजें भी जिन्हें खरीदा नहीं जा सकता। संक्षेप में कहें तो, इस अवसर में इतनी क्षमता है कि, ये एक साधारण इंसान को असाधारण में परिवर्तित कर सकता है। हमें लगता है कि भविष्य में हमारी टीम, कई डायमंड बनाएगी। और आने वाले समय में हमारी टीम इंडिया और विदेशों में, सबसे तेजी मे पढ़ने वाली टीम के रूप में पहचानी जाएगी।

1. Being Profitable Building Width

Sunita was born in a middleclass family in the district of Begusarai, Bihar. She completed her MA from Bhagalpur University. Her father inculcated in her valuable principles like perseverance, faith, belief and patience. Being neighbours in Bhagalpur, she came in contact with Priyamwad. She liked his overall persona and attitude. This resulted in them tying the knot in the year 1990. Priyamwad is a Mechanical Engineer; however he soon appeared for the civil services exams. After passing he was placed at an eminent position in the Government Service. They have two daughters: Bhavya & Sharanya and a son: Tnay Tikshana. They always wanted to live their lives on principles and independence. She aspired to have a quality life full of bliss and happiness. She also wanted to have a life that could add value to the lives of others. Priyamwad always said that success is not a destination but a never-ending journey. However, everything seemed to be hidden in some mysterious void. During that time one of their distant relative introduced them to this great opportunity. They had always seen people move ahead in a competitive way i.e. his loss is my victory. But this business was different. Perhaps that could be one reason why she did not believe this business initially. However, after visiting a huge seminar she realized the potential of this business and began having belief in the teachings of the BWW system. After this, there was no looking back. Initially as she began building this business, she had to undergo a lot of challenges. But, her near and dear ones were tremendously supportive. “Thanks to the BWW system, I began to understand the right way to approach prospects, build the team and support other people. These teachings not only developed me into a better individual, but also helped me shape up my team. We quickly scaled the Platinum and then Emerald pins,” she further adds. Their true challenges surfaced after they entered the Diamond qualifications. During this time their elder daughter: Bhavya was just 9 years old, their younger daughter: Sharanya was just 4 years old and their son: Tnay Tikshana was just 1 year old. Priyamwad was transferred to a distant location and the situation looked unfavorable to build this business. However, these things did not discourage or deter her from her goals because the BWW System had strengthened her conviction and commitment with the right teachings. She knew well that talent could make one successful once, but the right character and attitude will help succeed time and again. They kept fighting the odds and as result of they became first Diamonds from their state this June 2009. “All this could not have been possible without the support and encouragement of our uplines, blessings of our relatives and the commitment and dedication of our team members,” they mention. “Today we have quality time, world tours, and a strong association. The business has given us things money can buy and also things that cannot be bought with money.
